We currently ship within the United States.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

F.O.U. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

F.O.U. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply to reship orders.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
